  until 5:00 p.m. for a day of prayer as Pastor Pete undergoes Whipple surg
 ery.\n\nWe invite every member of our church family and community to come 
 at any time during the day for quiet reflection and prayer. Whether you ar
 e able to remain for a few minutes or longer\, your presence and prayers w
 ill be a meaningful expression of love and support.\n\nPlease pray specifi
 cally for:\n\nPastor Pete’s safety\, strength\, comfort\, and complete h
 ealing.\n\nWisdom\, skill\, and steadiness for the surgeons\, nurses\, ane
 sthesiologists\, and the entire medical team caring for him.\n\nPeace\, co
 urage\, and renewed strength for Pastor Pete’s family throughout the day
  and the days ahead.\n\nGod’s healing presence to surround Pastor Pete\,
  his loved ones\, and all who are walking beside them during this time.\n\
 nAs Scripture reminds us\, “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful
  and effective” (James 5:16). Let us join together in faith\, trusting G
 od to be present in every moment and asking Him to bring comfort\, healing
 \, and peace.\n\nPlease plan to stop by the Sanctuary on October 1 between
  7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. as you are able. If you cannot attend in person\,
  we ask that you pause wherever you are and lift Pastor Pete\, his family\
 , and his medical team in prayer.\n\n
