Sunday, June 7, at Pleasant Hill UMC, we continue our summer worship series, "Living the Example of Christ,"
with a message titled "Following the One Who Calls" based on Matthew 9:9-13, 18-26.
When Jesus called Matthew from his tax booth, welcomed those others rejected, and brought healing to the hurting,
he showed us what it means to live a life shaped by mercy and compassion. In a world that often divides and excludes,
Christ invites us to see people as God sees them and to follow him in offering hope, healing, and grace.
Join us as we explore what it means to follow Jesus, not simply in what we believe, but in how we love, welcome,
and serve others in his name.
