We are starting the final lap for the Lancaster Back to School Bash!
In just a few weeks, on July 18th, approximately 900 students will get prepared for the school year with new shoes and school supplies in a new backpack! It is promising to be a very busy, very fun morning for all of those in attendance. Thank you to each of you who donated to this event this year!
Pastor Pete and I would like to squeeze one more fundraising event in. A grant that the BTSB committee had been waiting on came in, but unfortunately it was quite a bit lower than last year’s. So, let’s turn some lemons into some lemonade!
On Wednesday, July 8th, we’ll be having a
Soup & Salad Fundraising Dinner with a Cake Auction!
We have many fabulous cooks and bakers in our congregation and SO many who are generous in sharing their talents! If you are able to donate a crockpot of soup, a salad, or a decorated cake, please use the SignUp Genius and let us know what you’ll be providing.
Please have the food at the church by 5:00pm.
Dinner will start at 5:30. The bid sheets for the cakes will be out until 7:00pm.
Please also mark it in your calendar and join us for some delicious food, church family and fellowship! Invite your friends too. Be sure to let us know how many will be attending so we make sure to have enough food.
Don’t forget your checkbooks!
