Christmas Eve Services At Pleasant Hill

Join us on Christmas Eve for worship, celebration, and reflection as we welcome the light of Christ. Three distinct services offer meaningful experiences for every household in our church and community. Each service will include Holy Communion, open to all, and will conclude with the candlelighting that has become a treasured Christmas Eve tradition.

4:30 p.m. – Family-Friendly Christmas Eve

Held in the Family Life Center, this lively and interactive service features music by our contemporary ensemble. The Christmas story comes alive as participants of all ages are invited to join as non-speaking characters. Costumes will be available, so plan to arrive early and choose your part.

7:00 p.m. – Traditional Christmas Eve

This Sanctuary service draws from the richness of the season with familiar litanies, prayers, and scripture readings. It offers a warm and reverent celebration of Christ’s birth.

11:00 p.m. – Holy Hush of Christmas Eve

Enter Christmas Day in the quiet beauty of this late evening Sanctuary service. With soft piano music and candlelight, the atmosphere invites peaceful reflection on the gift of Christ’s coming.

Special Offering

This year’s Christmas Eve offering will support the Lancaster County Back to School Bash as we continue serving children. Unless otherwise designated, all gifts received through any of the services will support this important community mission.

We look forward to celebrating with you and your loved ones as we worship together and welcome Christ’s light into the world.
