We now have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2:15 p.m. in the FLC. Anyone is welcome to join us for this easy, full body "chair" workout, which can be modified according to your fitness level. Classes last anywhere from 35 minutes to an hour. Please come give it a try; the more the merrier!
