Mature Members (m&m's)
April 24, 2025 - 12:00pm - We will meet at the church and enjoy a salad bar. Bring your favorite salad, bread or dessert to share with the group. You will enjoy a visit to Amsterdam and a riverboat cruise from your chair. Sign up here
May 8, 2025 - Join the M&M’s as we travel to Flat Rock Playhouse in Flat Rock, NC on May 8, 2025 to see CATS.
Tickets will be $75.34, if we have 15 or more tickets will be $64.00. We will meet and enjoy lunch at “A Day In The Country” at 11:30am. Then on to the play at 2:00pm . As we will be car pooling you have the option to stay over night at Mountain Inn & Suites (828-692-7772) Pleasant Hill UMC Group rate-- 2 queens -- $89.00 + taxes, King -- $99.00 + taxes. Call them, ask for group rate of PHUMC for reservations. Please pay $64.00 by April 20, if we don’t get 15 people going you WILL OWE $11.34 more. So grab a friend and bring them with you. June 6, 2025 - Join us at Noon at Andrew Jackson State Park where we will enjoy a Fried Chicken Picnic. Everyone is asked to bring a side dish or dessert to complete our lunch. We will enjoy some Fun and Games!
No Meeting in July or August
September 25, 2025 - 12:00pm- We will meet at the church and have Breakfast for Lunch. Come in your PJ's and join in the fun.
October 23, 2025 - 12:00pm - We will meet at the church and enjoy a Chili Bar! Come and celebrate Halloween with us!
November 20, 2025 - We do not have a definite plan as of yet but will enjoy either a tour of Johnson and Wales, Charlotte Campus or venture to the York County Museum
December 18, 2025 - We will meet at the church for our annuak Christmas gift exchange and games. The menu for the day will include Smoked Boston Butt.
Senior Adult Ministry for 55+
The Senior Adults of Pleasant Hill are lovingly referred to as the m&m's (Mature Members 55 and older). The m&m's meet monthly on the fourth Thursday of the month (usually) at 12:00pm for a Fellowship Luncheon and activities.
