On Sunday, November 1, Pleasant Hill UMC will observe All Saints Sunday. This meaningful day invites our congregation to pause, reflect, and give thanks for the lives of our family, friends, and church members who have entered God's presence.
Here is how you can participate in our acts of remembrance:
- The Remembrance Banner: Starting this Sunday, the Remembrance Banner will be displayed in both the Family Life Center and the Sanctuary before worship. We invite you to bring and pin your loved ones' names to it leading up to All Saints Day.
- Lighting of Candles: During both our Modern Worship (8:45 AM) and Traditional Worship (11:00 AM) services on November 1, there will be a dedicated time for worshippers to come forward and light a candle in honor of those who have transitioned to the Church Triumphant.
