We use Instant Church Directory which allows each member to update pictures and information for themselves.  It is easily accessed and coordinated with your mobile device.  Only members with passwords can access the directory and use the information so it is safe!  Use this form to give the church your information and authorization to use your information in the church directory. Return the completed form to the church office by putting it in the offering plate, putting it in the mail slot on the church office door, mail it to the church office, or scan it and email it to phumcoffice@gmail.com!
