This week, our church campus is alive with the sounds of music, laughter, and creative exploration as the Summer Arts and Sciences Camp makes its stop here at Pleasant Hill UMC.
In the accompanying video, Eric Grace and Jonna Lothers share the vision behind the camp and offer a glimpse into the learning happening each day.
These camps are more than just summer fun—they’re intentional spaces where children develop critical thinking, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills through hands-on learning. From culinary experiments and art projects to music sessions and fitness activities, each day is packed with opportunities for campers to imagine, explore, and grow.
We’re especially proud that these camps reflect our shared commitment to community and as Pleasant Hill UMC, we are honored to be part of this four-week journey across Lancaster County. Take joy in knowing that our church is helping shape young minds and hearts for a brighter future.
